What I'm Loving Lately -Cookbook edition {July edition}

I'll be honest. I only actually own one of these cookbooks, and that's because I got it at Goodwill for $ .69. While I'm too cheap to actually buy these for myself, I do get them from the library constantly. I think I have stated before that I have a problem with cookbooks, because there are generally only a couple recipes in each that I would actually make and eat. That is not the case with these. Each of these cookbooks has dozens upon dozens of recipes that I want to make and NOW.

Mom 100
Shoot this cookbook is only like $7 on Amazon, I should get it. I love this cookbook for it's practical recipes.  Multiple ways to make eggs, oatmeal, quesadillas, etc. You know the stuff you get in a rut about? She provides a nice twist. I've made the mexican tortilla casserole and cheesy broccoli rice (recipe to come), but I have bookmarked almost everything else. She even has twists for Black Beans and Rice. Honestly I am thinking about getting this for all my friends. If you are a mom you need this cookbook. Just sayin'.

The Picky Palate
I think I have already proclaimed my love for this cookbook several times before. But it's because I really do! If I only owned one cookbook it would probably be this one. So many wonderful things to make I think my list was 2 pages long. Homestyle Shepherd's Pie, Itty Bitty Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies,

The Homemade Pantry- so far the only recipe I have made from this cookbook is Maple popcorn, but I'm just getting started. Pasta dough, cornbread and potato chips, here I come!

Peanut Butter Comfort
I just picked this one up at the library last week, but can you blame me? hello. Peanut Butter cupcakes with vanilla caramel glaze. I think i gained 5 pounds just typing the title.
America's Test Kitchen: Quick Family Cookbook
I'm going back to get this one today. This cookbook has everything, and must for any kitchen. I love this cookbook covers all the basics like how to make spaghetti and chicken noodle soup, you know, the things people expect you to know how to do, but you really don't.

Martha Stewart Cupcakes
And last but not least, my goodwill find. I bet DH would be proud to know this is the only cookbook we really own. But flip through the pages and you'll see why. Next month's Foodie Friday posts are all dessert! I'm posting strawberry cupcakes and OMG they are SOO good. Right from the master herself!

That's a short list of my favorite cookbooks, what's your favorite?
